We are happy to accept returns from any purchase from www.isatapia.com. We offer exchanges or refunds within 14 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
1. Product must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
2. Please try on your shoes in a soft, clean surface so they do not get scuffed or damaged in any way.
2. It must also be in the original packaging, including dust bag.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
How to Request a Return

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package.
We will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please may drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.
Once your return is received and inspected, the Isa Tapia team will approve or deny the exchange based upon the return guidelines. We will notify you via email and issue the exchange or return the original item.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days upon approval to see the credit applied to your bank account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
